TULSA, Okla.  — June 14 is a special holiday for the country. It commemorates the adoption of the flag of the United States. In honor of the day, the Tulsa Veterans for Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 577, located at 1109 East 6th Street, partnered with Marine Corps League and Boy Scouts of America Troop 2222 for a flag retirement ceremony.
